Jim Hughes with VFW Department Commander Larry Wade and Past Grand of PA Commanders, Val Swanson, Ben Bowers, Jack Roberts, Gordy Colvin, George Thompson, Bob Wagner, and Past Supreme Commander and PGC Al Thomas.Jim Hughes was named Cootie of the Year for 2009 at the Grand Scratch in Bedford PA. Jim has crawled the seams of the fertile hunting grounds of Pennylvania for many years. He is a past Seam Squirell, past District Commander, and Past Grand Adjutant. Jim is currently a member of Dirty Girty Pup Tent 29 in West View PA.
