GENERAL ORDERS # 2

July: 2009
TO BE READ, ACTED UPON, AND FILED

Listen Cooties,

I hope everyone had a safe and good Fourth of July - at least it didn't rain around here. And if you visited a Veteran and/or Cootie, don't forget to make a hospital report. Every visit counts!

If your warrant has not yet been sent to Grand Adjutant, Mike Bookser, it is imperative that this be taken care of immediately. If the Adjutant does not receive your warrant, you will not receive General Orders or any other mailings and information.

I know that everyone is aware of the importance of membership - but it is crucial for the Military Order of the Cooties to exist. If you know of someone who is not a Cootie, please take a few moments, and explain what the Cooties are about and what we do. It may not seem like a lot to you, but sometimes all a person needs is to be asked if they want to join.

Commander's Travels:

July 18: District 5 Scratch
July 19: Pup Tent 57 Scratch

The next Council of Administration will be held on Saturday, September 12 at 1 PM at Gap VFW. And if time permits, there will be a School of Instruction held after C of A. Hope to see many of you there.

Communications:

If anyone has something to be put in General Orders for the good of the Cootie organization, please see that Grand Adjutant, Mike Bookser, receives the information.

Rosters are going to be going out. If you see any errors or there needs to be any corrections made to the information in the Roster make sure you send the corrected information to Mike Bookser.

Be the first on your block to receive Lousy stuff from the Grand. Any one who would like to receive communications from the Adjutant via e-mail send a note to Mike Bookser and let him know that you want your Lousy stuff fast.
